The Ministry of the Interior set up a web portal with a wide range of information needed by foreigners to be able to live and work in the Republic of Slovenia. Accessibility of information, particularly with regard to rights and obligations and the possibility of development within society, is a key factor for successful integration into Slovenian society.

Information on free-of-charge Slovenian language learning programmes and programmes for getting acquainted with Slovenian history, culture and constitutional system for third-country citizens can also be found on the web portal.

We hope that the web portal will become a key source of information for foreigners. At the same time, we want the portal to become a hub for anyone needing to find or present information regarding integration into Slovenian society.

We invite you to find as much information as possible and to send us any comments or suggestions you may have. We will do our best to offer you useful and up-to-date information on the web portal.
